Suzanne’s Shine Walk London 2017

Dear All,

Please help me raise funds for CRUK .  Like many families I know , my family has been affected by cancer.  My husband died in 2004 from Leukaemia, aged just 40 years old, leaving me with our two wonderful boys aged just 9 and 12 to bring up without their father.  My boys are now grown young  men who I am immensley proud of and I know that their father would be bursting with pride at their acheivements so far.

Over the years I have donated to Cancer Research but I have never raised money myself by doing an activity.  So this year I wanted to do something myself to raise money and awareness  for this great charity that help so many people.  Walking is something I love to do, so walking half a marathon to raise as much money as possible for this great cause will be a privilege.

Please give as much as you can afford,  any amount is more than nothing and each pound we raise will go towards saving lives.
