100 mile / 160 km ride along the 2012 Olympic route, raising vital money for Cancer Reseaarch, with Cancer Ninjas.

This year I am taking on the Prudential Surrey 100 bike ride, a tough event riding out of London, through the hilly Surrey countryside, up the infamous Box Hill and back to London, finishing in the Mall.

Though I have done many events for charity in the past, this is by far the longest bike ride and I am expecting to be completely exhausted and very saddle sore at the end.

As many of you know I have lost close friends and family to Cancer, so please be as generous as you can for a great cause.

I will be getting up super early to train for this event, held at the end of July.
