Hi All

On the 23rd September I will take to the London Streets, I will be walking a half marathon with thousands of other people in aid of Cancer Research . I had decided to do this walk a while back, I want to do my bit as I have lost family/friends to cancer. Just last week we lost our forever young friend Paul Long, he truly was a character that everyone will miss dearly so I\’m dedicating my walk to you Paul & your family, I\’ll be thinking of you all the way 🙂

    In aid of my ‘My Favourite One’ . Utter disbelief he will no longer be enthusing laughter and sunshine. in his own words – it is what it is & happy days. That is how he lived his life. Comfort knowing he is with loved ones to be at peace and pain free……..god bless you my darling… Good Luck Roz…just do your best…xxx

    Paul Long is a very special friend and I will always carry him in my heart. My mum has also been affected by cancer. For all who cancer affects, We desperately need a cure!
