Breast cancer:- With almost 140 women diagnosed every day, breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. And, although it is rare, around 350 men are also diagnosed with breast cancer each year.
HALF MARATHON NIGHT WALK – A half marathon is 13.1 miles or about 21 kilometres. That’s like walking almost 50 times around the circumference of the London Eye.
Starting: 7.30pm Southwark Park – London – Finishing: Old Billingsgate – London
Hope you smash it!! A close friend of ours beat it only to find she now has to battle a brain tumor. Great cause and am sure the evening will be fun, did a similar thing in Oxford last year for the hospice. Steve
I too, lost my life-long friend to Breast Cancer. Horrible disease ☹ Good luck with the walk and I hope you raise lots of money for Cancer Research. X X
